Experience with Commercial, Health care, Medical Facilities and other structure types are (Preferred) as well as the ability to leverage those experiences to manage other types of projects.

To Increase Interview Success- The Candidate will have:

• Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor in a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent role. 

• Experience with New Healthcare Construction for Hospital, Medical Clinic, MOB, ER, etc. (Preferred)

• Bachelor's Degree (Const.Management, Civil Engineering or similar degree)   (Preferred)

• Must have experience on commercial construction projects (Healthcare Preferred) 

• Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)

• Experience working with large project teams  (Preferred)

Overview:

The Assistant Superintendent helps with all project site responsibility with regards to safety & overall quality execution. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors and individual trades to ensure contract compliance for all (commercial/healthcare - medical) projects. Serves as full time onsite-manager for the company and maintains open and clear communication with subcontractors, owners, facility, and construction team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to relocate to San Antonio TX area & be open to Travel to other sites around the US.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and renovation of healthcare or medical structures  (Preferred)
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models

Competitive Compensation Package

• Salary Range (DOE) up to $100k for Assistant Superintendent
