Salary Range: $70000 to $100000 Per Year

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager and Estimator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimation, with a strong background in reconstruction. Proficiency in Xactimate is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
   • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
   • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project execution.
   • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
   • Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.

2. Estimation:

   • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and reconstruction projects using Xactimate software.
   • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for estimating.
   • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
   • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and bids.
   • Review and refine estimates based on feedback and project changes.

3. Reconstruction Expertise:

   • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of reconstruction principles and techniques to ensure the successful execution of projects.
   • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams regarding construction methods, materials, and best practices.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges to maintain project schedule and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimation, with a focus on reconstruction projects.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
