Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including customer assistance, hose assembly, and shop supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments based on customer trends.
- Train and mentor team members in hose fabrication techniques and customer service best practices.
- Manage cash handling procedures, facility upkeep, and personnel scheduling.
- Serve as the main point of contact for landlord communication and facility maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in hose fabrication and distribution.
- Proficiency in industrial and hydraulic hose assembly techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
