$90000 to $140000 Per Year
Dry utility Estimator:
- Min 3 years’ experience with primary focus on dry utility projects (power & communications work) or wet utility projects
- This position is for underground systems and is not for overhead system and does not involve cable pulling / terminating
- Will be required to take and estimate from inception to completion, including transitioning a winning bid to operations
- In depth knowledge with various type of shoring systems
- Needs background in underground power & communications systems as well as paving & concrete as it related to utility construction
- Must have worked for self-performing contractor that performs at-risk work (no construction managers or governmental estimators)
- Most of our work is in metropolitan areas so needs experience in constructing projects in existing streets
- Support operations with change order pricing and alternative methodology analysis
