Receptionist
Thriving title office is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! Full time, direct hire opportunity. Compensation based on qualifications and background!
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone

Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual

Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services

Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing

Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receptionist Job Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and appearance

High school diploma or equivalent
