Job Description
- Immediate opening for a progressive Plant Human Resources Manager responsible for leading HR programs including employee relations, hourly recruiting, building leadership capability and the talent pipeline, organization effectiveness and driving cultural transformation which contributes toward achieving goals.
- As a member of the plant leadership team, this position provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate broad cross-functional leadership in a 350k sq ft, 1000+ employee facility with a team of 5 direct reports.
