$90-110K plus  15% bonus

Our manufacturing client in Wilson, North Carolina is looking to a Safety & Health Manager. This Manager will be responsible for plant wide safety and health initiatives. This Manager will implement policies and strategies for short-term and long-term results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage experienced professionals within a functional area.
• Implement policy and strategy for short-term results and influence others regarding all safety and health policies, practices and procedures.
• Decision making by strategic objectives of specialization.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Management experience
• 5+ years of Safety and Health experience
• Manufacturing environment experience.
