Reporting to the Regional Manager of Human Resources, this role offers the chance to be part of a three person team that will support 200 employees in a multi-plant environment, and you will help shape the future of a dynamic organization.

Who you are:
- A seasoned HR pro with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional HR role.
- PHR certification strongly preferably but passion and HR expertise reign supreme.
- Very comfortable supporting manufacturing operations! Bonus points for juggling multiple plants!
- Experienced in multiple HR disciplines.
- A pro at leading recruiting efforts.
- Experienced managing safety programs coupled with knowledge of safety best practices and OSHA regulations.
- Communication ninja: You articulate clearly, both written and verbally, and connect with all levels of management.
- Empathy in action: You listen intently, respond with urgency, and champion employee well-being.
- Highly motivated and customer service-minded
