Position Overview:

Support Private Wealth Managers in maintaining client relationships, conducting research, and leading projects. Detail-oriented professionals with financial planning expertise are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries and service needs.
• Manage client records and conduct account research.
• Process account service requests and investment transactions.
• Assist with estate settlement services.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Input financial planning information into software.
• Drive process optimization and efficiency.
• Provide executive and clerical support.
• Support meeting preparation and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years Financial Services Industry experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning services and products.
• Previous experience in outstanding client service.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
• Organized with great time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in financial services technology systems.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 are strongly preferred.
