Sales Manager - Platforms for Startup Division

Ready to be a superstar in the world of startup businesses? Our Client is looking for someone to be “the face of the franchise”, run their Startup Division and have full support and partnership with the CEO and VP of Sales and Marketing for this niche.

We need is a seasoned, quota-hitting salesperson, who knows how to sell into startup businesses with apps, web sites and custom software. We have a $1m pipeline and no one to sell into it. Must be fluent in Zoom. Must be fluent in Hubspot. Must be used to platforms like Thumbtack, Upworks, Bark. Experience working with offshore team is helpful, but not essential.

Must have at least 4 years experience and be a consistent President’s Club-level performer. Experience in Qwilr a plus.

Our Client is pre-IPO and the fastest-growing private company in Columbus, OH., according to Inc. 5000. It’s signature project was the “smart operating room”. Our Client is a development powerhouse with HQ in Columbus and 50 developers here and another 100 offshore – all employees, no contractors – that allows a unique 24x7 model of development. Our Client is ISO 9000 certified and fluent in HIPAA compliance and how to build products with FDA guidelines in mind.

Must be fearlessly able to sell into small, startup and emerging businesses across all vertical markets. Must be patient with the startup market. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning and Data Science is helpful, but not a must. Knowledge of software solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.

Added benefits: Our Client has a team of BDRs managing incoming leads, setting meetings, arranging materials and collateral. It also has a Marketing team able to build full collateral packages and campaigns that the Manager deems essential. Manager can also pick trade shows, outside events and a full range of opportunities for 2022.

Job is onsite at the new HQ in Dublin, Ohio. There will be no relocation package.

Compensation: $75k, plus 5% of commission on everything sold, plus a 3% additional commission for every sale over quota.
