Job title:     Technical Sales Support Associate

Locations:  Greensboro, Charlotte and Raleigh NC   AND   Atlanta, GA

One of the largest commercial HVAC sales rep organizations in the Southeast is looking for Technical Sales Support Associate to support the sales process.  The company has positions open in Atlanta, Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh.

Responsibilities:

• Provide selections & quotations on company products as requested by sales and customers
• Assist consulting engineers throughout the design and bidding process by providing product selections, submittals, schedules, and specifications.
• Read and interpret mechanical construction plans and specifications.
• Maintain job quote log in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Place orders, track order status, and confirm deliveries

• Become proficient in company computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs.
• Provide logistical assistance for and at company training seminars
• Assist customers with technical issues and system problems.

Requirements:

·College degree in Engineering or Technology

·Mechanical systems aptitude

• Ability to meet deadlines

·Excellent written and oral communication

·Proficient in all Microsoft Word & Excel

·Excellent time management
