BMET III Lead is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Clinical Engineering Services staff. Minimum 5-7 years experience. Responsible for the repair and ongoing operation of patient care equipment and related electronic systems.  Provides a quality, cost effective, Biomed program that meets or exceeds customer’s quality goals and financial objectives.  
 
 Assists with and oversees technology assessment, forecasting medical equipment replacement needs, and capital equipment purchasing.  Supports special projects as related to area of expertise and responsibility.  Serves as technical advisor on medical device purchases, safety related issues/concerns, regulatory requirements, Joint Commission Standards specific to the Environment of Care (EOC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.  Assists, leads, guides and mentors staff in career growth, skill development, and work performance and expectations. Must have excellent communication skills, and experience managing P&L.  
 
Must have valid US drivers' license, clean driving record, and must pass criminal background and drug screening.

Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
