Fleet Operations Coordinator

  • Main contact for service issues in the field, taking customer calls for vehicles that need repaired
  • Investigate quickly to resolve customer inquiry/complaint
  • Manage repairs, tows
  • Coordinate efforts
  • Keep accurate reports
  • STRONG administrative skills in Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic Automotive Service knowledge.
  • The ability to multitask and juggle a hand full of task accurately.
  • Ability to think and work independently.
  • Process oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Process work orders, sales orders etc.
  • Resourcefulness and problem solving.
  • Handle fast-paced, at times stressful environment.
  • Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills.
  • Thrives in a teamwork-based environment. We win together, we lose together!
  • Extremely detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Rental, heavy equipment or other applicable industry knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of trucks, repair and service requirements.
