Riverlink is seeking a Relationship Manager who will have a pivotal role in supervising client relationships and providing essential support to the wealth management team. Your duties will encompass overseeing client interactions, ensuring timely follow-through, and actively contributing to the formulation of personalized investment recommendations.

Main Duties:

• Act as the main point of contact for handling client service queries and resolving issues.
• Address client requests, provide support, and offer financial investment advice in line with team philosophy.
• Create and maintain each client’s financial plan while handling investment-related paperwork, including applications and withdrawal requests.
• Stay informed on market conditions relevant to client objectives.
• Support the Operations Team under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

• Familiarity with Fidelity systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management.
• Relevant certifications such as CFP, CIMA, or CFA are advantageous.
• Series 65, 7, and 66 certifications are preferred.
