Summary: A growing healthcare company is seeking one to two part-time or full-time Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM & R) Physicians to work with a well-established and prestigious group known for a stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This role offers an excellent lifestyle as you will be part of a consultative service working in concert with a hospitalist group that handles admissions.
This opportunity can be part-time or full-time, working in a brand-new state-of-the-art in-patient rehab hospital. It features a rotational schedule with another provider or a combination of days split with other providers. Shifts range from 6-8 hours (dependent on efficiency). This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times. As census increases, you will have APP support and a scribe to assist with documentation, as well as a partnership track opportunity and the ability to grow a local outpatient practice. A robust hourly compensation and benefit package is provided.

The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements:
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
• Full Wisconsin medical licensure or ability to apply.
• Federal DEA and possession of or eligibility for an Indiana Controlled Substance Certificate.
