Salary Range: $1 to $1 Per Hour

On-Call Hospice Nurse 

Hybrid Remote Full-time with benefits

 Responsibilities:

• 7 days on / 7 days off. 5pm-8am
• Respond to needs throughout entire service area.
• Triage all after hour and weekend calls.
• Patient emergency visits and pronouncements as necessary. 
• Providing nursing care as needed including specialized skills.
• Assessing needs and communicating significant findings, problems, patient’s or family's needs.
• Communicate effectively with agency staff.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Hospice experience
• Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Excellent observation, problem solving and communication skills
• Compassion and integrity
• Comfortable with End-of-Life Care
