Associate Electrical Engineer

$70-80K plus 10% bonus

Our manufacturing client in Wilson, North Carolina is looking to hire 2 Associate Electrical Engineers. These EE’s will support the maintenance crew on all automation and controls issues. Work with down machines for automation and controls issues, find ways to reduce down time, work with root cause of issues. These Engineers will work heavily with PLC’s and HMI’s. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance crew on all automation and controls issues to reduce downtime.
• Work with down machines.
• Work on projects such as updating HMI programs to root cause of an issue, updating schematics, training.
• Troubleshoot machines, work on work orders, preventative maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PLC programming experience.
• Automation and Controls Troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley – PLC 5, SL 500 series, Control Logix, compact Logix, VFD – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, GE, Servo – Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, HMI- allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Eaton and Communication Protocols – Ethernet/IP, Data Highway, Profibus, Melsec
