Performs technical duties related to the evaluation of medical products including: set-up, inspection,
testing, repairing, calibrating and modifying in a warehouse setting.
• Provides limited technical support and consulting to customers and sales reps via telephone.
• Establishes and maintains a high level of proficiency on all instrumentation with the ability to perform
in-depth system analysis.
• Adheres to relevant technical procedures per standard operating and testing procedures as well as quality
system regulations guidelines.
• Provide critical analysis of devices and accessories through technical writing ability.
• Assists with bio-medical technical customer and intra-company training.
• Reviews and edits technical procedures and maintains detailed documentation per department guidelines
and procedures.
• Assimilates complex processes with proven success within a designated time-frame.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.

A technical degree or higher level of education in electronics or related field required; significant military
training or other experience may be substituted for degree requirement at the company’s sole discretion.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the field of medical electronics repair or related work required.

Must pass a criminal background and drug screen.
Must have a valid US driver's license.
Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
