Home Care Coordinator Supervisor: 

• Responsible for coordinating schedules for clients and caregivers in an efficient, effective and timely manner
• Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Tracking all schedules to ensure caregiver service
• Responding to client or caregiver issues as they arise.
  Participate in overnight / on-call duties.
• Hiring and supervision of Coordinator staff as department grows

 Requirements:

• Care coordination experience in home care
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service & follow-up skills
• Private Pay experience highly preferred
