Capital equipment manufacturer with headquarters in the greater Chicago area has immediate opening for a Field Service Manager. This position can be based in the Chicago area, or out of a sister facility in the Southeast. The Field Service Manager will lead a group of up to 10 engineers and technicians in start-up, maintenance and inspection of equipment. This position will also provide technical support to customers.

Must have strong communication skills to interact with customers as well as Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.

Qualified candidates will have BS degree (Engineering preferred) along with 7+ years experience in field service and technical support. A background working with ASME codes and pressure vessels is required. Minimum of 2 years management experience required.
