Excellent Regional Hospital, in Las Vegas, NV needs to hire a;

 

                    Infection Prevention Coordinator

 

   Responsible for assisting with implementation and maintenance of the Infection Control Program’s hospital’s surveillance. Serves as a resource to all hospital departments, participating in identified projects or groups related to Infection Control.

 

SKILLS;
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Microbiology or other health-related science
Two to five years clinical experience in a health-related field
At least one-two years experience in Infection Prevention
CIC-certified or eligible to be certified within 2 yrs of employment
State of NV RN License, Medical Laboratory Science or other related health science, if applicable

Hospital is a 480-bed hospital featuring emergency services; a busy maternity department with an average of 450 deliveries per month; a Children's Medical Center with a NICU, a pediatric ICU and separate pediatric ER; advanced cardiovascular care, surgical services, women's health and oncology care

Permanent Position; Salary ($64k - $80k) + Benefits + 401k, etc...
