Brand Sales Manager
We are looking for a candidate that has vast knowledge of the media agency world and has familiarity with tier 1 and 2 agencies. But has been successful selling into top Brands
- Full-cycle role from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to structuring deals.
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions.
- Deep product understanding, vision, and creativity in order to work closely with our product team.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- An ever-evolving professional and thought leader with 2-3 years of experience in media sales and business development
- Vast knowledge and prior relationships with stakeholders within 1st/2nd tier agencies are a must
- Understanding of the programmatic world
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Start.io.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Overachiever with growth mindset
- Ability to multitask with various deadlines
