We are looking for a candidate that has vast knowledge of the media agency world and has familiarity with tier 1 and 2 agencies.   But has been successful selling into top Brands 


  • Full-cycle role from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to structuring deals.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions.
  • Deep product understanding, vision, and creativity in order to work closely with our product team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • An ever-evolving professional and thought leader with 2-3 years of experience in media sales and business development
  • Vast knowledge and prior relationships with stakeholders within 1st/2nd tier agencies are a must
  • Understanding of the programmatic world
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
  • Overachiever with growth mindset
  • Ability to multitask with various deadlines
