Large staple manufacturing firm with opening in their engineering department for planning engineer to focus on developing and overseeing the design of new and existing weld lines to build products the safest and most cost effective way.

 

*BSIE or Manufacturing Engineer

*Will spend 85% of time in office and rest on floor

*Work with modifying facilities and creating new lines

*Will use 3D modeling software-CATIA & AutoCad

 

* Any cost analysis a plus

 

Projects may include some time studies, Cycle time analyses and process improvement projects.
