Senior Director of Human Resources
Seeking a passionate Human Resources Director to help guide our growing behavioral health organization! As a Human Resources Director, you will be making HR run smoothly by managing important issues related to employment, compensation, and other employee relations.
Job Duties will include:
- Collaborating with management team
- Developing strategic HR plans and policies
- Supervising payroll
- Supervising employee file management
- Administering compensation
- Administering benefit plans
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conducting employee on-boarding
- Help plan training & development for various home health employees
- Benefits negotiation
- Payroll
- Conflict resolution
- Employee engagement initiatives creating and implementation
- Credentialing supervision and implementation
- Hiring process: On-boarding to exit interview
- Workers comp
- Employee litigation
- Setting up incentive programs
- Creating and implementing performance evaluation and reward program for the company
- Process improvement, including setting up knew policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of leadership, managing HR over multiple states
- Ability to use HR software
- 5-15 years’ experience on the provider side of healthcare services
- Behavioral health accumen (highly preferred
- Great communicator
- BS/BA - degree in HR or similar
- "roll up your sleeves" mentality
- Business leadership and highly polished and organized presentation skills
- Has provided guidance during rapid business growth
- Acquisition / merger experience - preferred
- Expert on multi-state Labor Laws & wage and hour compensation
- Paycom experience (preferred)
