Position: Marketing Automation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing MarTech Systems:
- Take ownership of all technology systems within our MarTech stack.
- Develop processes and provide support to enhance the adoption and utilization of automation tools.
2. Marketing Automation Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to establish and execute our marketing automation strategy.
3. Email Campaign Management:
- Execute email campaigns in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud systems.
- Create multi-touch campaigns, logic streams, automation rules, segments, forms, landing pages, and email content.
- Implement best practices for email, personalization, segmentation, and data-capture.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Collaborate with data analysts to assess, track, and report on key metrics to improve performance.
- Design and implement campaign tests in partnership with cross-functional teams.
5. Data Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and external partners on tool development, including data integration and API delivery.
- Manage data integrity to optimize our ability to target contacts effectively.
6. Salesforce/Marketing Cloud Consultation:
- Provide internal consultation on Salesforce/Marketing Cloud capabilities and marketing automation strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and stay current with MarTech stack technologies.
7. Project Management:
- Develop project timelines, schedule kick-offs, and oversee projects to completion.
- Create and present solution documentation, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
8. Best Practices and Optimization:
- Provide leadership around and adhere to Email and SMS channel best practices.
- Proactively present and deploy optimization activities.
- Develop, disseminate, and adhere to a QA process.
- Execute routine maintenance and performance monitoring tasks.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in lead funnel development, oversight, and management.
- Proficiency in lead scoring development and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deadline-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with creative problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing automation role, with a requirement for email marketing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with personalized and/or segmented marketing campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud enterprise CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.
- Experience in measuring the impact and value of campaigns, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols.
- Preferred experience in lead generation and multi-touch nurture streams.
- Experience with automated drip campaigns.
- A plus if you have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud task, assignment, and notification automations.
- Preferred experience in enterprise web analytics.
