Licensed Clinical Social Worker Outpatient Clinic

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a key resource for care and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting behavioral healthcare for our patients

Responsibilities:

• Provide education and counseling services to individuals and groups
• Carry out initial and ongoing behavioral health evaluations and plan intervention based on clinical findings
• Participates in the coordination of services with other clinic team members and community resources as needed
• Provide a high level of behavioral health customer service with adherence to best practice standards within the mental health field

Requirements:

• Clinical Social Worker State License
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience practicing as a LCSW
• Experience with individual and group therapy sessions
• case management experience
• Experience with insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid highly preferred
