Salary Range: $80000 to $100000 Per Year

Great opportunity to join a global leader as an Expert in separations sciences and chromatography methods development supporting product regulatory requirements and submissions.  The challenge will be to develop robust methods and innovations to meet global deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

--- Develop and validate trace residue methods supporting Regulatory submissions

--- Maintain and continually develop a high-level of technical and theoretical expertise in LC-MS/MS and sample processing technologies

--- Understand and ensure methodologies meet the required Product Regulatory guidelines and are reported

--- Work with EFate and Dietary Product Safety teams to troubleshoot and ensure successful method transfers and technical developments

--- Develop CRO partnerships and strategies to meet pipeline needs and required timelines

--- Participate in local and global project teams representing the Product Metabolism and Analytical Sciences team

--- Identify and lead opportunities for scientific and technical innovation in the methods space both internally and through external academic collaborations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

--- PhD or MS in Analytical Chemistry with 8+ years experience developing analytical methods using LC-MS/MS and sample preparation technologies in GLP environment

--- Product/ industry knowledge should include chemicals, agrochemicals, pharma, food chemistry, or EPA

--- Must have outstanding theoretical and experimental background in chromatography and separation science

--- Demonstrated experience developing quantitative methodologies

--- Strong publication record demonstrating the ability to resolve complex technical challenges and develop innovative approaches to solving problems

--- Experience in coordinating and directing work being conducted by CROs

--- Familiarity with ELN and LIMS for documenting and managing data

--- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
