Small, profitable Bank is searching for a V P - Chief Financial Officer .

 V P - Chief Financial Officer will supervise a Controller and a small accounting /finance group responsible for reporting, analysis, strategic planning, coordination with Public Accounting/ audit firm, regulatory compliance, Board presentations for this strong performing Bank. Candidate will have strong accounting skills. CPA and /or MBA is preferred.

 

                      $ 110,000. - $ 150,00.00 + Bonus
