Store Manager - Gourmet Food Market
$70000 to $75000 Per Year
New store opening with Gourmet-To-Go, ready-to-eat meals, gourmet deli, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, hand-crafted pizza, artisan breads and desserts, Cappuccino Bar, wine / cocktails, and in-store dining area.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of store operations. Ensure the highest retail standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance are being met. Lead and develop team members in a positive work environment in teamwork, respect, to provide legendary customer service.
Build sales through creative merchandising, sales promotions and adapt to the market and competition.
Knowledge of products, buying, pricing, menu development and inventory management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Store Leadership role.
Leading and building teams.
Store Operations, inventory, labor management, cost control, quality assurance, food safety.
Marketing, pricing, merchandising, competitor analysis.
Managing a P&L and budget.
New store opening, a foodie with some culinary skills would be ideal.
