We are seeking a sales representative for an established territory for a growing HVAC distribution company.  This company has a great family atmosphere and is focused on people.  As a sales representative you will work as a partner with your customers to grow their business.

The Outside Sales Representative will represent the Company and their products and programs to qualified customers and prospects within the assigned territory with products and marketing. 

Requirements - Sales experience within the HVAC industry

HVAC industry experience could include refrigeration, HVACR, Parts, Supplies, etc.

Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve sales goals as well as other objectives in accordance with sales goals established by sales management.
• Actively, aggressively and consistently call on assigned accounts regularly.
• Develop a partnership with customer by providing professional representation and assistance in all areas to improve customer’s profits.
• Present products, and make presentations during sales calls.
• Prepares customer quotes per customer requirements and follow up
• Works closely with the sales manager and other personnel to promote sales in territory.
• Attends and participates in sales meetings, training classes, etc.
