If the successful candidate does not have a Journeyman Tool and Die card, the employer would support attaining it. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Building new dies
• Repairing existing dies
• Replacing components
• Keeping records as they keep the die cards for every die to track the die history to troubleshoot problems
• Utilizing logic and a step-by-step process

The background of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Two or more years of tool and die making and repairing experience
• Two or more years of experience replacing die parts
