Sales Manager Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing account plans and strategies to grow customer base. They will build new business, prepare proposals, negotiate quotations and strengthen relationships. 

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, project planning and account planning.
  • Monitor progress against the plan to ensure sales targets and budget targets are met.
  • Ensure attainment of company sales goals and growth by establishing sales objectives.
  • Develop market targets and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base as appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing multiple, ongoing, opportunities.
  • Demonstrates technical and business expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
  • Responsible for estimating, generating proposals and driving bid strategies.

Education / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
    • 5-7 years’ experience in sales and account management with technical HVAC component/systems suppliers. 
  • Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet schedule and budget requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Possess high level negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to travel.
