Commercial Building Automation Systems/Controls Service & Project Sales job in Denver, CO

Locations: Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, marketing, estimating, selling, and overseeing medium and large commercial BAS/DDC controls projects (such as schools, hospitals, airports, high rises, hotels, stadiums, among others) with pre-existing and new target customers

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers as Systems Specialist for on-going support of their building automation controls systems.

Requirements:

• 2 to 12 years of Building Automation Controls Sales experience working for a medium or large commercial controls construction and service company

• Local and Stable work-history

Preferred:

• Prior building automation controls experience working hands-on in installation and service, start up and commissioning, programming, estimating, design-engineering, and/or project management

• HVAC or Electrical Associates Degree

• Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and EIT and/or PE License

• Building Controls knowledge of systems such as Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell,, Alerton, Automated Logic/ALC, and Distech among others

• Experience working with MS Excel, AutoCAD, Visio, BlueBeam, and MS Project
