Position: HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Primary contact and vendor management for Payroll, Benefits, US Immigration, Retirement plan management.
· Management of HR team in North America.
· Direct people initiatives including, but not limited to, recruiting, employee development, annual performance management, benefits, talent acquisition, succession planning, and training and development.
· Represent Corporation in global HR Community.
· Partner with divisional leadership teams to support strategic and long term business objectives.
· Join other colleagues within the company to achieve targets through business and HR action plans.
· Train managers and employees on local labor laws, training and development and best practices for HR matters.
· Propose ideas for improvements to HR practices such as recruiting, benefits, etc.
· Join with global HR managers to provide key information for global projects.
· Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies and adherence to global immigration, HIPAA and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
· Defining competencies in cooperation with both Business leaders and HR team along with leading team of professionals across geography for ensuring the growth of the divisions through upskilling of organizational competency.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four year college or university
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to global business.
· Human Resource experience in an HR leadership position.
· Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
· Proven success with leadership and people & change management.
· Strong negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
· Extensive knowledge of all facets of HR.
· Proficiency in collaborating with employees at all levels of an organization.
· Action oriented/ Initiative taker, strong attention to detail, able to take ownership.
