Job Summary

  • Responsible for prospecting, sales, and account management in the US and Canada market for automation lines and injection mold product lines.

 

General Accountabilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the marketplace.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Network and partner with associated, relevant suppliers and develop alliances.

 

Job Qualifications

 

  • Proven field sales experience
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient in English.  German literacy would be an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Travel to world headquarters, other subsidiaries, customer and vendor sites (up to 75%)
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification
  • Work independently, as we are a lean organization
