Outside Sales Executive | Injection Molds / Automation Machines
- Responsible for prospecting, sales, and account management in the US and Canada market for automation lines and injection mold product lines.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the marketplace.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Network and partner with associated, relevant suppliers and develop alliances.
- Proven field sales experience
- Self-motivated and organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proficient in English. German literacy would be an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Travel to world headquarters, other subsidiaries, customer and vendor sites (up to 75%)
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Technical degree or certification
- Work independently, as we are a lean organization
