SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Targeting 2+ years’ public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred.
  • Stock administration experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer equity plans and oversee equity transactions.
  • Process equity transactions in accordance with governing rules and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining stock process documentation and plan documentation to ensure SOX compliance and assist internal and external audit.
  • Assist internal and external reporting and Proxy statements by providing various report from the stock administration system.
  • Process daily option exercises and RSUs releases.
  • Assist with maintaining database integrity.
