Program Nursing Director - Behavioral Health
Ideal Candidate: Behavioral
Health or Mental Health RN with 5 years of progressive leadership experience
looking to advance career and manage a long term care behavioral unit.
Salary Range (75 – 85K)
The Nurse Manager is
responsible for oversight of care and service delivered to patients by Nursing
Department personnel, supporting the standards of Behavior Rehabilitation
Nursing Practice, and establishing and maintaining effective working
relationships with other departments and with patients, families, physicians,
outside contractors, agencies, and vendors. Current license to practice
professional nursing in the state where currently practicing, CPR required,
ACLS certification required.
Minimum of three years RN
hospital experience, with Charge Nurse or management experience preferred.

within the specified time constraints. -
Adheres to
ethical, regulatory and accreditation standards. -
Speaks and

confidentiality of patient information. Respects Patient Rights and promotes
patient satisfaction. -
Adapts to changes
necessitated by patient/staff situations.
