Bilingual (Spanish) Production Team Leader ll  

Duties and Responsibilities:

Expectations:

• Consistently monitors production floor to ensure established production numbers are met – makes necessary adjustments to keep production on track and on time
• Supervises department to ensure and confirm that process parameters and product specifications are adhered to, e.g. ingredients are scaled accurately, schedule is on track, time and speeds are accurate, folding schedule is on track, equipment settings are set to standard, and physical specifications are met
• Coaches employees on their performance in a timely manner.  Provides necessary tools and support
• Partners with other departments to assure compliance and specifications are being met
• Completes daily shift notes in an accurate and timely manner, clearly outlining all production issues and offers solutions
• Assigns employee hours in a timely fashion and completes all other administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Job Requirements:                                                                                           

• 3-5 years supervising teams in a manufacturing environment
• Technical skills associated with manufacturing process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Lean and/or 6-Sigma certification/experience a plus
• Strong problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Quality orientation
