• Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
• Develops goals and objectives, and standards of care relevant to patient services and personnel functions
• Staffing patterns and productivity
• Managing operations within projected budget
• Ensures third party payer requirements for home care reimbursement are met
• Use performance assessments effectively

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing 
• Licensed in NYS
• Five years’ minimum of management experience
• Supervisory experience in a CHHA (Certified Home Health Care Agency) in NYS
