On-Call Visit Nurse Hospice

Full-time with benefits

$7,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• on-call for visits as necessary
• Providing nursing care as needed including specialized skills.
• Assessing needs and communicating significant findings, problems, patient’s or family's needs.
• Solid support system and part of an on-call team

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing 
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, home care preferred
• Acute care experience highly desired
• Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Excellent observation, problem solving and communication skills
• Compassion and integrity
• Comfortable with End-of-Life Care
