$14.00-17.00 per hour

Our local Client is looking for a Part-Time Office Manager in the Waterloo, IA area.  Working hours from 9am-3pm.  This Office Manager will be responsible for providing clerical support to staff members and clients on a daily basis to create a client experience that postulates great value and peace of mind for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and professional interaction with clients;
  • Handling telephone calls, planning and organizing;
  • Assisting with documents using Word publishing software;
  • Data management, information gathering and monitoring.

Required Skills:

  • One or more years of administrative assistant duties;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to professionally receive and direct visitors and clients;
  • Excellent telephone skills;
  • Experience with document preparation and data management;
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of relevant software applications
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented;
  • Maintain data entry for various systems
