Sr. Production Supervisor

$70-85K plus 5% bonus

Our Food Manufacturing client in Wausau, WI is looking to hire a Senior Production Supervisor for their 3^rd shift operations. This rotating 3^rd shift Supervisor will oversee the production function with at least 18 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop production employees.
• Work with process efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams, coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies.
• Daily production scheduling, reporting and conducting regular visual line checks to ensure proper dating, labeling and packaging.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree is required. Engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ years of continuous improvement on production floor.
• Ability to work a rotating 3^rd shift schedule and average between 40-50 hours a week working 5:30pm – 5:30am.
• Food manufacturing background.
• Strong leadership skills
