Job Summary

Dispatcher is a primary point of contact for emergency and non-emergency customer calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles for commercial HVAC service/maintenance requests. 

Dispatcher responsibilities and duties:

• Receive and dispatch customer service call requests

• Coordinate, prioritise, support, and follow up with hvac service technicians. 

• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console dispatch system. 

• Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.

• Track work-orders, time cards, and vehicle maintenance.

• Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate department of field units. 

Requirements 

• 2 to 8 years of experience working as a Dispatcher for a commercial mechanical construction/service company

• Local and stable work-history
