Salary Range: $1 to $80000 Per Year

This full-time, permanent Field Technical Service Equipment Technician is at an employee-owned, engineer-to-order manufacturer. Average employee tenure is twelve years. The annual employee stock option plan is between twelve and eighteen percent. Work is interesting as they have a diverse product line and customer base. This is a new position due to growth. The opportunity to grow into a leadership role may come about as they continue add employees. The successful candidate will not be bored as there is a lot of variety to this position. There is a premium paid for time on the road as well as overtime. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Participating in resolving equipment problems from installation through operation 
• Supporting the installing, operating and maintaining of equipment 
• Completing installation and commissioning projects on time
• Listening and communicating with the customer with the goal of resolving or repairing any equipment issues
• Traveling domestically up to 70% 

• Three or more years of field service experience
• One or more years of welding fabrication experience
• One or more years of electrical experience
• One or more years of PLC experience
• Ability to travel domestically up to 70%
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Polished communication skills
