Reliability/ Maintenance Engineer

Join a global manufacturing leader as the Plant Maintenance Reliability Engineer, where you’ll be responsible for the reliability improvements of the equipment/ processes and delivering world-class reliability initiatives/ programs.
--- Responsible for developing and implementing the site predictive/ preventive maintenance programs.
--- Develop and implement the site reliability initiatives for all equipment and systems, ensuring all planned routines are correctly specified and critical spares are available to allow the maintenance team to effectively complete tasks.
--- Originate and develop analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment and processes. Acquire and analyze data. Prepare diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvements.
--- Conduct an analysis of reliability problems and investigate to determine the required reliability approach for the particular situation, with consideration given to the cost limitations/ advantages of alternatives and develop action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliability processes/equipment to avoid failures.
--- Lead engineering Root cause analysis and implementation of long-term engineering solutions to prevent re-occurrences, manage KPI’s including Run Hours, Mean Time Between Failure (MBTF) and Cost to repair of equipment and systems.
--- Supply reliability status monthly reporting figures, analyze trends and develop improvement projects.
--- BS Engineering degree with 5+ years as Reliability/ Maintenance Engineer working in manufacturing/ assembly plants, delivering increased reliability and technical assurance for mechanical and electrical components/ equipment/ processes.
--- Must have background in developing root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment or systems/ procedural failures. Ability to gather data and analyze reliability trends to develop effective improvement projects. Experience of implementing predictive maintenance policies and increasing asset availability are key skills for the role.
--- Technical knowledge of operation of assembly line mechanical components (bearings, ball-screws, covers, belts, conveyors, chains, sprockets, air cylinders, pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics, presses, valves, robots, fixtures and tooling. Interpret mechanical and hydraulic systems and drawings.)
--- Technical knowledge of operation of assembly line electrical components (Motors, sensors, probes, encoders, valves, robots, wiring/cabling, lighting, light curtains, area monitors, safety interlocks, cabinets, PLC’s. Interpret Electrical systems and drawings.)
--- Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
